How do I return defective goods?

If you received your order and the package was damaged in transit, please contact us. Please retain all packaging (box, wrapping paper, etc.) for verification purposes.

We will most likely require damaged products to be sent back to us for inspection.


Once the order is placed, when will the package be shipped?

The day after placing the order. We do not ship on Sundays and public holidays.


Which shipping service do you use?

We use the PosteItaliane courier for small shipments (www.poste.it)
and the courier DHL (www.dhl.com) and GLS for larger shipments.

All our shipments offer package tracking
to see the progress of the shipment.


Not all shipping options may be available for a particular country.

Available shipping options depend on the total weight/price of your order and the location we will ship to.

We are not responsible for late delivery.


How much is shipping?

The price for the shipping options will be presented to you before completing the payment.
All store items are weighed correctly, so at checkout the system will calculate the correct shipping costs and present you with a list of shipping options.


If you put a few items in your cart and start the checkout process, you can see what the shipping costs will be without actually having to complete an order.
